All users can apply for a sender ID via the app. You can do that in the settings

Usually it is 3 to 7 business days. However, due to the scamming rate in the Philippines. Application can take from 3 to 7 business weeks to get approved.

Yes, once the ID is approved, your next SMS will be sent using your own ID
